Lee Bennett

Lee is assistant director of patient experience and public engagement at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CUH). His role includes managing the combined Complaints and Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) function at the hospital. He previously chaired the East of England’s Complaints Managers’ Network.

Lee worked with PPI Solutions on a Patient Experience Support Team (PEST) programme at Mid Staffordshire Hospital and, as a result, had much in the way of interest from other hospitals, both nationally and internationally, which wish to replicate the PEST process. The work earned Lee and CUH a runner up prize at the 2011/12 Patient Experience Network National Awards.
